These are my app defaults. They are the same on almost all devices and rarely differ.

Mail client: Apple Mail

Mail server: lima-city

Calendar client: Apple Calendar

Calendar server: iCloud

Photo management: iCloud Photos

Contacts: iCloud Contacts

Chats: Signal, iMessage, sometimes Element

Browser: Safari on iPhone and iPad, Firefox on Mac

Cloud storage: iCloud, Nextcloud and Proton Drive

Music: Apple Music

Maps: Apple Maps

Word processing: Pages, Goodnotes, Notion
